General Terms

• Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using my website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using my services.
• Website Content: All materials, including product descriptions, pricing, and images, are provided for informational purposes only. I reserve the right to update or modify content at any time without prior notice.
• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase textbooks from my website.

Textbook Listings and Descriptions

• Accuracy: I strive to ensure all textbook and instructor material listings are accurate and up to date. However, I do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
• Availability: Textbook availability/shipping speed is subject to stock levels. Notice will be given if items are delayed or if items are to be removed, such as old editions.
• Condition: Textbooks are only sold in new condition. 

Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are listed in USD. Purchases will be processed in this currency unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes and Fees: Shipping and handling fees will be calculated and added during checkout.
• Payment Methods: I accept payments at echonotebook.com or via invoice with payment link; all payments are processed through GoDaddy and PayPal. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. I also accept corporate checks and individual cashier’s checks via mail. 
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing errors may also be corrected before completing the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Options: I ship most orders out of Launch Printing & Promotions within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) via FedEx Priority (most orders take 2-3 days, but may take longer); however, some orders ship via UPS or USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
• Delivery Delays: We (Susan King DeWitt, Author, LLC and/or Launch Printing & Promotions) are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier services, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
• Tracking: Orders will include tracking information where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

1. Return authorization required by susan@echonotebook.com prior to returning to: LAUNCH PRINTING & PROMOTIONS, 2402 OSBORNE RD, ST MARYS, GA 31558, ATTN: ECHO RETURN. If a return is shipped to VA rather than GA, an additional fee will be deducted from the refund.
2. All individual returns must be within 30 days of the original invoice (90 days for bookstores) and in the original shrink wrap. Even if a return is approved, then received without the original shrink wrap or in used condition, a refund will not be issued, and the book will not be shipped back to the customer until shipping & handling is paid again.
3. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
4. No returns/refunds on any used item(s), previous edition, PowerPoint, CME application payment (may be transferable), shipping fee, international fee, or material(s) purchased elsewhere.
5. Do not return any damaged or used books - no scratches, stickers, tears, writing, etc.
6. You are responsible for properly packaging the books to avoid damage. All textbooks must be in perfect condition to receive a refund. If books arrive with damage, the cost to repair will be reflected in the refund. 

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned textbook. Shipping fees are non-refundable. I do not issue credits.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned or refunded, such as: used item(s), previous edition, PowerPoint, CME application payment (may be transferable), shipping fee, international fee, or material(s) purchased elsewhere.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content in my material and on my website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Susan King DeWitt, Author, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Permissions: Users may not reproduce, distribute, rent, or modify any of my materials or from my website without explicit permission.
• I do not authorize the reproduction, distribution, or resale of my materials for use as rental textbooks or for any resale as used items, whether through bookstores, online platforms, or any other channels.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

• Limitation of Liability: I am not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use my website or products.
• Third-Party Links: My website may contain links to external sites. I am not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: I only use your information to process your order. All payments are processed by GoDaddy or PayPal; I have no access to your payment information. Checks will be deposited and shred in a timely fashion. 
• Data Security: I implement appropriate measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Third-Party Sharing: User data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. 

Changes to Terms

• Updates: These terms may be revised periodically. 
• Effective Date: Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
